Shipping Policy
Online orders will be dispatched within 1-3 Days once the payment has been processed If product is in stock at the store.
Please note that not all products are available in our Loccal warehouse in Perth, however we offer a wide range of products online at competitive prices. If the product is out of stock in warehouse, the prouduct will first be ordered from our local Australian suppliers then dispatch from our warehouse.
In case of unavailability of stock, the complete order will be shipped once all items are received from the suppliers.
DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE
Flat rate shipping on all orders of $14.95 after all applicable discounts and discount codes are applied.

If the order requires embroidery or printing specifications the estimated delivery time is 14-20 days depending on the size of the order.
We ship the online orders from the warehouse and also directly from the supplier depending on the stock availability.
CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
You will be able to change the shipping address if the order has not been dispatched Ideal Workwear warehouse.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
Dates on PREORDER items are just estimates there might be delays of a week.
Any order item placed with a PREORDER item will be shipped together when the PREORDER item arrives. Incase you need the item that is not a PREORDER shipped first before the PREORDER item arrives, then you will need to place the order separately.
